Elizabeth Anne Kelly, MSN, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner joining Head & Neck Surgery of Kansas City, bringing a thorough, patient-centered approach built on nearly a decade of frontline clinical experience across the Kansas City area. At the practice, she supports the surgeons across the full arc of a patient’s visit — conducting assessments, gathering health histories, guiding patients through pre- and post-operative care, and coordinating follow-up throughout treatment.

Elizabeth’s background spans acute, procedural, and specialty care. Most recently, she practiced at Urgent Care of Kansas in DeSoto, treating acute illness and minor injuries and performing point-of-care diagnostics. Before that, as a nurse practitioner at KC Bariatric in Lenexa, she conducted pre- and post-operative assessments, managed a clinic-based infusion program, and coordinated closely with surgeons, dietitians, and other specialists. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and AdventHealth Overland Park South, then moved into interventional radiology at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, assisting physicians during minimally invasive procedures and monitoring patients through recovery — experience that sharpened the procedural precision and calm bedside manner she brings to every patient encounter.

Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and holds a multi-state nursing license. Elizabeth welcomes new patients to Head & Neck Surgery of Kansas City and looks forward to being part of their care team.
