Insurance & Payment FAQs

We participate with most PPO and HMO health insurance plans, as well as Medicare. Common plans we accept include:

Your insurance co-pay, as determined by your plan, is due when you check in for your appointment.

If you have participating insurance, we will bill your provider for office and surgical charges. After processing, you may receive a bill by mail for any remaining balance.

For non-participating plans or services not covered by insurance (like hearing aids or cosmetic procedures), payment is required in full at the time of your visit.
