Insurance and Financing

The practice participates with most PPO and HMO health insurance plans, and Medicare. Below is a comprehensive list of most of these plans. If you have any uncertainty about your plan, please contact our appointment desk or business office. 

 
Payment of office co-pays, as established by your insurance plan, is requested at the time you register in our office. Participating insurance companies will be billed for your other office and surgical charges prior to your receipt of a bill by mail from our office.  

 

Payment by patients with non-participating plans or non-covered services (e.g., hearing aids or cosmetic surgery) is required at the time of service.
